First Time Buyers

There's a first time for everything (except for the things you don't do) and buying a home is one of them!!

One of the most important things you can do to start is to look into financing and get pre-approved.  If you're considering purchasing a foreclosure, HUD, REO, bank owned property you will almost always be required to provide a pre-approval letter with the offer.  I can refer you to be a reputable bank/lender.

When you're pre-approved and figure out what price range you are comfortable in then I can search through the Multiple Listing Service which is a database with information of the agents in the area.  It allows us to have an extensive inventory and show each others listings.  So no matter what sign you see in the yard or whose website you find it on you can call or email me and I can get you the full details on the property and schedule a showing that would be convenient for you.
